Notice of Intention to Connect Drains to Public Sewer

This form should be completed by the property Owner or Agent. Once you have submitted this form, please ensure you make a note of the reference number you will be given and forward this together with the property address, any drawings relating to layout of site and drainage/proposed to be connected to public sewer and your cheque (made payable to Tandridge District Council) to the address at the end of the Application Form.
