Request for Site Inspection

This form should be completed by the person requesting the site inspection at least 24 hours before it is required (48 hours in the case of a first or final inspection request).

Please note

• You must have submitted a Building Regulations application before you use this form.

• Inspections are carried out from Monday to Friday between approximately 10.00am and 3.00pm (but not at weekends)

• We will do our utmost to meet your inspection request however, if this is received after 5.00pm it may not be possible to schedule this for the following day.
