Garage Waiting List

Completing this short form will allow us to put your details on our waiting list for a garage in the Tandridge area.

Please keep in mind that some areas will have a longer waiting list than others and that priority is given to Council Tenants and Leaseholders. Other members of the public are charged VAT in addition to the basic rental price. Rent must be paid by Direct Debit and you must pay one month's rent in advance and complete a Direct Debit form upon signing the license agreement before you will be allowed to collect the keys.

Please make sure you enter your contact details carefully, if we are unable to contact you at the time a garage becomes available we will automatically go to the next person on the list.
